Cookie Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This Cookie Policy applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
1. Introduction
Our website https://www.premotion.com (hereinafter the “website”) uses cookies and similar technologies (together, for simplicity, “cookies”). Cookies may also be set by third-party providers engaged by us. In this Cookie Policy, we inform you about which types of cookies we use, for which purposes this is done and which choices you have.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small, simple text file that is sent to your browser when you visit our website and stored on your device (e.g. computer, smartphone, tablet). The information stored in it can be sent back to our servers or to the servers of relevant third-party providers during a later visit.
3. What are scripts?
A script is a piece of program code used to make our website function correctly and interactively. This code is executed either on our server or on your device.
4. What are web beacons?
A web beacon (also “pixel tag”) is a small, invisible text or image element on a website that can be used to analyse website traffic. Depending on how it is used, various data about you may be processed.
5. Cookies
5.1 Technically necessary and functional cookies
These cookies ensure that the website functions properly and that your settings (e.g. language or cookie preferences) are saved. Without these cookies, certain functions would not be available. As a rule, we can set these cookies without your consent where they are required for the operation of the website.
5.2 Statistics/analytics cookies (optional)
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website (e.g. page views, time on site, errors). This allows us to improve content and usability. We set these cookies only with your consent, unless they are strictly necessary. We do not currently use such statistics/analytics cookies (see section 6).
5.3 Marketing/tracking cookies (optional)
Marketing and tracking cookies (or comparable local storage technologies) can be used to create user profiles, display relevant advertising or track users on this website and/or across multiple websites. We set these cookies only with your consent. Marketing cookies are used on our site exclusively after your express consent (see sections 6 and 7).
6. Cookies used
Where Google Ads conversion tracking is active, we use the following cookies or comparable storage technologies; without active marketing tracking, the website does not set any cookies of its own:
Functional / preferences
- pm_consent — provider: premotion.com (first-party) — purpose: stores your consent decision regarding marketing cookies — duration: 1 year
Marketing (only after consent)
Only if Google Ads conversion tracking is active on the website and you have given consent in the cookie banner does Google (Google Ireland Limited) set cookies to measure campaign conversions (e.g. cookies with the prefix _gcl_; duration usually up to 90 days). Without your consent, these cookies are not set — all Google Consent Mode v2 signals default to “denied”.
We do not currently use statistics/analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). When the website is delivered via our content delivery network, technically necessary security cookies from Cloudflare may additionally be set (e.g. __cf_bm, duration approx. 30 minutes; purpose: bot protection and operational security).
7. Consent
Where marketing tracking is active, we show you a cookie banner on your first visit. You have two equal options: “Accept all” (marketing cookies are allowed) or “Necessary only” (only technically necessary cookies are set). Your decision is stored in the pm_consent cookie so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit.
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time: via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (reopens the banner) or by deleting the pm_consent cookie in your browser. Withdrawal takes effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
8. Enabling/disabling and deleting cookies
You can delete cookies automatically or manually via your browser settings. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be set or that you are notified each time a cookie is set. You can find information on this in your browser’s help section.
Please note: If you disable all cookies, our website may no longer function fully. If you delete cookies in your browser, they will be set again after your consent when you next visit.
9. Your rights regarding personal data
Depending on the requirements of applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: You can request information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure / restriction: You can request the erasure or restriction of processing (where applicable).
