Clear priorities
Investments follow a shared target picture instead of spontaneous tool decisions.
Strategic IT consulting for SMEs and family businesses: we create clarity across your system landscape, cloud, security, integrations and vendors – and stay with the implementation until it works.

New systems solve little while data, responsibilities and processes remain unclear. We make dependencies visible, prioritise decisions by business value and translate strategy into an actionable roadmap.

Our IT consulting is designed specifically for Austrian SMEs with 10 to 250 employees. We understand the particular challenges of mid-sized businesses: limited IT budgets, no in-house IT department and a preference for personal service. Whether trades business, retailer or service provider – we speak your language and develop solutions that fit your company size and budget.
Costs depend on the scope of the engagement. An initial IT analysis with recommended actions typically runs €1,500-3,000. For ongoing managed IT services we offer flat-rate models from €500 per month, depending on the number of workstations and the scope of services. Project-based consulting is billed by effort. The first consultation is free – we clarify your needs and prepare an individual quote.
The choice of cloud platform depends on your specific requirements. For most Austrian SMEs we recommend Microsoft Azure combined with Microsoft 365, as it offers seamless integration, GDPR-compliant data centres in Europe and familiar tools such as Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. For specific use cases we also work with AWS or Google Cloud. Hybrid solutions where sensitive data stays on-premises are also possible. Our advice is vendor-independent.
IT security is a multi-layered approach. We implement firewalls and VPNs for secure connections, endpoint protection on all devices, regular backups following the 3-2-1 rule, multi-factor authentication for all critical systems and employee training against phishing attacks. We also run regular security audits and keep your systems up to date with automatic updates. 24/7 monitoring is included in our managed services.
Yes, system integration is one of our core competencies. We connect your existing systems such as ERP (BMD, SAP, DATEV), CRM, inventory management and industry-specific software with one another. Through API interfaces and middleware solutions we enable automated data exchange and eliminate manual double entry. Legacy systems can usually be connected too. As part of an IT analysis we assess your existing system landscape and develop an integration plan.
In 30 minutes we clarify goal, starting point and the strongest lever – concrete, honest and with no obligation.
