Compresses a multi-day canvas workshop into one facilitated session — idea to validated model in hours
A facilitated strategy session built on BMC·3D, premotion's AI-assisted Business Model Canvas software. Capture the idea, generate competing strategy variants, explore them in interactive 3D, stress-test them with AI critique and stakeholder review, and leave with a 12-month marketing budget.

Money-anchored blocks, AI critique, and stakeholder review replace opinion with ranked, evidence-backed findings
One shared 3D model the whole room can see, edit, and agree on — objections become edits, not parking-lot notes
Every session ends with a 12-month marketing budget, channel mix, and exported deliverables — not just a poster
A classic business model workshop takes days: sticky notes, whiteboards, one canvas, and numbers that live somewhere else in a spreadsheet. The Business Model Lab Workshop compresses that work into a single facilitated session — because the software does what sticky notes cannot.
BMC·3D turns a rough business idea into multiple, defensible Business Model Canvas variants you can explore in 3D, edit live, critique, and translate into a concrete marketing budget. Every canvas block carries real money: revenue blocks rise in green above the plane, cost blocks sink in red below it. The business model stops being a diagram and becomes a financial object you can walk around.
This is not a software demo. It is a working session. Your team arrives with an idea — a sentence is enough — and leaves with validated canvas variants, a ranked list of risks, and a month-by-month marketing plan. Facilitated by premotion media, on-site or remote, in German or English.
Every building block is focused on a clear benefit and fits into existing processes.
The session starts with your raw idea, however rough. The built-in AI coach asks a handful of clarifying questions — the same questions a good strategy consultant would ask — and condenses the answers into a one-page business summary that the whole room can agree on before any canvas exists.
The session starts with your raw idea, however rough. The built-in AI coach asks a handful of clarifying questions — the same questions a good strategy consultant would ask — and condenses the answers into a one-page business summary that the whole room can agree on before any canvas exists.
Instead of building one canvas and defending it, the workshop generates up to five distinct strategic variants of your business model — Conservative, Aggressive Growth, Bootstrap, Premium, and Platform. Each variant fills all nine canvas blocks with descriptions and signed EUR values.
Each variant renders as an interactive 3D scene. Column height encodes signed money: green revenue columns rise above the plane, red cost columns sink below it. A live KPI strip tracks revenue, costs, and profit as the team edits. A classic 2D Osterwalder grid is one toggle away for participants who prefer the familiar view.
Workshop discussions immediately become model changes: any block's value or description is edited in a drawer, and the 3D scene and KPIs update instantly. The AI critique tool then scores every block and ranks the top fixes and risks. A stakeholder review runs a panel of AI reviewers who rate the canvas and back their scores with keyword-research evidence.
Most workshops end where execution begins. The Business Model Lab session closes the gap: the ad budget tool generates a monthly marketing budget, customer acquisition cost estimates, a channel mix, a month-by-month 12-month plan, and creative directions — derived directly from the winning canvas.
Full-day formats add the Optimization Lab: evolutionary optimization runs that iterate on a seed canvas across configurable rounds, with pause, resume, and a best-so-far pick. Teams watch the model improve generation by generation and interrogate why the winning variants win.
The solution is a particularly good fit for these teams, roles and business models.
Validate an idea before committing months to it. Leave with variants you can defend to investors and a budget you can actually execute.
Run an entire cohort through structured business model validation. Every team leaves with comparable, money-anchored canvases — which also makes selection and mentoring conversations sharper.
Teach the Business Model Canvas with software that makes financial consequences visible. Students see revenue and cost move in 3D instead of imagining them on paper.
Evaluate new venture ideas with a repeatable, evidence-backed process. The stakeholder review and critique tools produce documentation that survives the steering committee.
Add a facilitated, software-supported canvas format to your own practice. The Train the Facilitator format covers session design, tool mastery, and client delivery.
No. A rough idea is the intended starting point — a sentence or a short paragraph is enough. The AI coaching step turns it into a structured summary during the session.
No. BMC·3D runs in the browser. Participants sign in via a one-time magic link — no passwords, no account forms, no software installation.
The sprint format works best with three to eight active participants per idea. Cohort formats scale to multiple teams, each working in its own workspace.
Yes. BMC·3D is proprietary software operated by premotion — your idea is not fed into a public product. Workspaces are private to your team, and confidentiality terms are part of every workshop agreement.
Facilitation is available in German or English. The software interface is English.
You keep all exports (PDF, Excel, critique and review results, marketing plan). Continued workspace access for your team — for editing canvases and re-running reviews after the session — is available on request.
It compresses the canvas and validation phase dramatically — what classically takes a multi-day workshop happens in one facilitated session. Downstream work (customer interviews, prototyping, financial modeling in depth) still belongs to your process; the workshop tells you where to aim it.
Yes. Many workshop clients execute the resulting marketing plan on WordPress. The premotion media plugin suite (AI content generation, SEO, lead generation forms) and managed WordPress hosting cover the execution side of the plan the workshop produces.
The Business Model Lab Workshop replaces sticky-note archaeology with a working financial model of your business. Generate competing strategy variants, see the money in 3D, stress-test with AI critique and stakeholder review, and leave with a marketing budget ready to execute. Facilitated by premotion media — on-site or remote, German or English.
